Lydia joined Redpoint in 2024 and is passionate about discovering and supporting visionary founders at the early growth stage.

Prior to joining Redpoint, Lydia spent two years at Qatalyst Partners advising on tech M&A deals and working with management teams across software, AI, infrastructure, semiconductors, and fintech.

She graduated summa cum laude from BYU with a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Finance. Lydia enjoys spending her free time playing the piano, skiing in Tahoe or Utah, hiking, and going to concerts.
